Summer School

If you need to attend summer school to complete your studies in an appropriate time frame, then the Foundation, on a case-by-case basis, may allow you to use your scholarship to attend summer school.  You will be required to maintain a full course load (12 hours) during the summer and summer school will count as one of your eight semesters of funding.  In general, the Foundation does not encourage use of the scholarship for summer school until the third or fourth year of study, when it is apparent that attending summer school will clearly have an impact on the student’s academic progress toward graduation.
