Changes of Address or Telephone Number

It is very important to the Foundation that up-to-date information be on file at all times so that you can be readily contacted when necessary.

Please notify the Foundation immediately of changes in your:

hometown ground mail address;
home or university phone number; and
e-mail address.

This information, as well as other data, is available online to Scholars and Scholar alumni in the password-protected “For Scholars Only” section of the Foundation web site at www.terryfoundation.org. If you have not already done so, please visit the “For Scholars Only” section and secure a password (assigned to current and alumni Scholars only).

Please periodically review your profile information via the website portal and make any necessary corrections and/or revisions.

To notify the Foundation of any address or telephone changes, locate your Scholar profile in the “For Scholars Only” section of the web site and update the appropriate data fields with your new information.
